1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when credits purchased on VIMOTION Storyboard (operated by Verisance Corporation Sdn Bhd) can be refunded. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Consumed credits are non-refundable
Credits are spent when you generate a storyboard, generate keyframes, or render a video — these actions trigger real third-party AI costs on our side. Once credits have been consumed, they are non-refundable.
3. Unused paid credits
If you purchased credits and have not yet used them, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We refund the unused portion to your original payment method. Payment-processor fees charged by Stripe may be non-refundable and may be deducted from the amount returned.
4. Promotional & redeem-code credits
Free signup credits, promotional credits, and credits added via a redeem code carry no cash value and are not refundable under any circumstances.
5. Failed or faulty generations
Generations and renders that fail on our side are not charged — credits are only deducted for successful outputs. If you believe you were charged for something that failed, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, restore the credits.
AI outputs are creative and subjective. Dissatisfaction with the artistic result of a successful generation is not, by itself, grounds for a refund — please review keyframes (the cheaper step) before rendering.
6. How to request a refund
Email admin@vimotion.io from the address on your account, including your account email and the approximate date and amount of the purchase. We aim to respond within a few working days.
7. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
